The only way to make an individual appointment with your advisor is through the portal.

Once you log in, you’ll see my appointment calendar. (If you have more than one advisor, appointments for both advisors will be displayed on the same calendar, in different colors.)

Available appointments will be shown as hyperlinks on the calendar. Click on the one you want to sign up for, type in the requested information, and you’re all set!

Please be aware that you’ll only be able to book appointments two weeks out. For instance, if today is September 8, you can only book appointments through September 22, but tomorrow, the appointments I’ve set up for September 23 will become visible (and bookable). The day after tomorrow, you’ll be able to book appointments for September 24, and so on.
